1. די ייַנמאָנטירונג פון די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם מוזן זיין געפירט אויס נאָך די אַקסעפּטאַנס פון דער נידעריקער סטרוקטור אַקס און די עמבעדיד ברעט.די רעקווירעמענץ פֿאַר די נידעריקער שטיצן זענען: די הייך חילוק צווישן שכייניש שטיצן (ווייַטקייט ל 2): דער קלענערער ווערט פון ל 2 / 800 און 10 מם, אין דער זעלביקער הייך הייך חילוק צווישן די העכסטן און לאָואַסט שטיצן: 20 מם;

2. באַשטימען די ייַנמאָנטירונג פּראָצעס פון די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם לויט די קראַפט און סטראַקטשעראַל קעראַקטעריסטיקס פון די גריד און די פאַקטיש קאַנסטראַקשאַן טנאָים אויף פּלאַץ;

3. נאָך די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם איז אינסטאַלירן, עס זאָל זיין אָפּגעשטעלט:

א.די אַלאַואַבאַל ווערט פון די ווערטיקאַל און האָריזאָנטאַל זייַט לענג דיווייישאַן איז 1/2000 פון די לענג, און זאָל נישט זיין גרעסער ווי 30 מם;

ב.די אַלאַואַבאַל ווערט פון צענטער פאָטאָ זאָל זיין 1/3000 פון די שפּאַן פון די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם, און זאָל נישט זיין גרעסער ווי 30 מם;

ג.פֿאַר די ייגל ראַם געשטיצט דורך די פּעריפעריע, די אַלאַואַבאַל הייך דיווייישאַן איז 1/400 פון די שכייניש שטיצן, און זאָל נישט זיין גרעסער ווי 15 מם, און די מאַקסימום און מינימום זאָל נישט זיין גרעסער ווי 30 מם;פֿאַר די ייגל ראַם געשטיצט דורך קייפל פונקטן, די אַלאַואַבאַל הייך דיווייישאַן איז 1/800 פון די שכייניש שטיצן, און זאָל נישט זיין מער ווי 30 מם;

ד.דעטעקט די דעפלעקטיאָן פון די גריד לויט די ספּעסאַפאַקיישאַנז און פּלאַן רעקווירעמענץ.נאָך קאַנסטראַקשאַן, די דעפלעקטיאָן פון די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם זאָל נישט זיין מער ווי 115% פון די פּלאַן כעזשבן ווערט.(מאַקסימום דעפלעקטיאָן ווערט פון גריד ראַם ל / 250)

5. נאָך די ינסטאַלירונג פון די שטאָל פּלאַץ ראַם איז געענדיקט, די ייבערפלאַך פון די פּלאַץ ראַם דזשוינץ און ראַדז זאָל זיין ריין און פריי פון סקאַרס און שמוץ.די דזשוינץ און וידעפדיק האָלעס פון די ריגל פּילקע דזשוינץ זאָל זיין אָנגעפילט און געחתמעט מיט שמירן.

6. בעשאַס די נוצן פון די גריד, פולשטענדיק אַנטי-קעראָוזשאַן וישאַלט זאָל זיין דורכגעקאָכט יעדער 4-5 יאר.

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
